Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

**Today's WOD will NOT be held at the pool since it is closed. Meet at usual location**

Warmup: Bear Crawl 20 meters, 5 forward rolls
WOD:
30 Handstand Push Ups
40 Pull Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood
60 Sit ups
70 Burpees
for time.

Finish the exercise before moving to the next exercise.

1130 Group did the same thing as the 0700 Team but with a SS Lap

1215 Group:
Warm Up: SS Lap
WOD:
15 Handstand Push Ups
20 Pull Ups
25 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood
30 Sit ups
35 Burpees for time.
For Time
