After TAD, and pressing work issues we are back on track.
WOD: "Chelsea"
5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.
If you miss the time hack, that marks your first score. You then score the rounds you complete during the remaining time.
For example, I finished the 14th round in 14:05, thus my last round completed in time is 13. I subsequently completed another 13 rounds before 30 minutes ran out. My score 13/13.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
