1) Bands
2) Jumping Pull-ups
3) Dip bar rows

4) push-ups (close grip)
-Overall form was acceptable. Focus on doing the exercise correctly and scale reps/time as necessary to achieve the proper form throughout. Times don't matter if your form is not perfect.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
