Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

WOD: 20 minutes, AMRAP of
10 Cleans 135# (Full squat cleans)
10 Ring dips
200 meter run (PM Ammo)

Cleans were scaled down to 45#, ring dips scaled to paralettes. 4-5 rounds was the average for the group.

11:30/12:15

Back Squats: 5-5-5-5-5

We need to continue to focus on form - good lumbar curve, chest up, head neutral, weight on the heels, good depth (thighs paralell or below) - while pushing ourselves to the limits of our abilities in terms of weight. You have to be both at the right place and on time.
