Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Warmup: CFWU x 2
WOD: 20 min. max rounds of
400m run
15 Jersey barrier vaults
15 squats

Break Break Break

1130:
We excercised our democratic rights and voted to do Cindy vice the Team 7 protocol.
As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

1215:
Excellent turnout (20+) required the addition of 15 Sit Ups to each round to creat Cindy+ in order to allow for smoother ops management.

Intensity was very good in both sessions!
