~20 athletes total for 1130 and 1215. Times ranged from about 5:30 to about 10:30 with weight scaled from 2 Pood KB to 25lb dumbell. Bravo Zulu to our OCS Marines with Frank Mease finishing in approximately 5:30 and Chris Julian being the only athlete to step up to the 2 Pood KB.
Wx: low 80s and cloudy.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
