Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

BREAK--BREAK

Teams 1130 and 1215 performed a series of mixed swimming and gymnastics protocols.

1130 worked through a swim/push-up medley while 1215 had more of a interval focus.

Both groups were well represented with over 25 athletes from both classes.

AG and CJ were the top finishers during the 1130 class. Lt., JV and RJ performed consistently well with the 1215 crew.

It's unfortunate the hot-dog cart wasn't fully operational...
