Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CFQ

FOR WEDNESDAY, 2 July:
"DUNHAM"
Meet across from the Gray Research Center (In the Parking Lot near the Tunnel). Workout times remain in effect:1130 and 1215.
Gear Requirements:
"Boots and Utes" or Long Pants for Civilians
Gloves
Water
(Reflective Belts will be Provided)
TEAM 7 will workout on Hospital Point as usual.


TEAM 7 worked through Tabata Squats and Tabata Push-Ups--finishing with a max effort on pull-ups. Dave Wallis coached 5 athletes during the early session.

TEAMs 1130 and 1215 went through a complete Shoulder Press, Push-Press, Push-Jerk teaching period--Crossfit Seminar style. Both groups finished with one max set of presses with a 45# (or 22.5#) barbell. Keeping the weight constant enabled a natural default to the next movement in the progression--especially under the duress of one intense set.
CFQ will have workouts ON THURSDAY, JULY 3rd and FRIDAY, JULY 4th.
WORKOUTS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 9AM.
