We reached back to our amphibious roots today and hit the pool for a change!
WOD: (1215 in parentheses)
- Swim 1 lap; 20 (10) Push Ups/30 (15) Squats
- Swim 2 laps; 15 (7) Push Ups/25 (12) Squats
- Swim 3 laps; 10 (5) Push Ups/20 (10) Squats
- Swim 2 laps; 15 (7) Push Ups/25 (12) Squats
- Swim 1 lap; 20 (10) Push Ups/30 (15) Squats
For time
No specifics on stroke to be used just no diving in the water. (that goes for you too Doc!!!)
Some of you were definitely out of your comfort zone in the water but everyone toughed it out and got something out of it. Real strong work by the two fish, Gin and Sandy coming in with times of 14:15 and 14:25 respectively. Once everyone gathered their breath, it seemed the popular consensus was to incoorporate pool workouts once a week during HQ's rest days. More word on that to follow.
