Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Acceptable subs were lower weights and/or Push Presses. For the Back Extensions we did "Supermans" to experiment instead of the usual "Hug-a-Twinkies." Please post your thoughts on those to the comments.

Awesome intensity by all, the most impressive learning point out of both groups was how much harder the overhead press is when you fully engage the shoulders and force your head past your arms.
