Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Following a warmup, Andrew Thompson provided instruction on the Kettlebell Swing. After some practical application the WOD was unveiled.

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 KB Swings with a partner. The partner starts at the bottom and works up. Wicked, eh?

Following this was a gut check for volunteers, max reps KB swings single set. A lot of intensity was displayed, but Hope Wallis stood out with 100 KB Swings @ 1 pood. WOW!
