30 Muscle-ups

120 Pull-ups/12o Dips
scaled to band-assisted pull-ups, and jump-to-support dips or paralet dips as required.
1215 -
Squat technique work
60 Pull-ups/60 Dips (or until 20:00 whichever occured first)
The amount of pull-ups and range of motion on both the pull-ups and dips were challenging for most.
Schedule
Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
