Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Vic Frausto...aka "The Love Machine"



CFQ has been blessed to have Vic Frausto (standing on box since he's so short) since the beginning. Our best to you and your family along life's journey, brother. It goes without saying that you've always got a place at "our gym." Our loss is CrossFit Cherry Point's gain.

Strong work by both classes. Our team smoker/chipper/mash-up brought out the best in everyone. I'm pleased with the coordination and ability to deal with inherent friction.

We had nearly 30 athletes and coaches today.

Keep an eye on the dumbbell thruster "incentive" program--it might come around again...
