Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

75 Push-ups
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 50 reps
50 Ring Dips
45 pound Weighted Pull-ups, 30 reps
25 Handstand Push-ups

We had 2 great crowds today: 11:30 - 22, 12:15 - 15. Thanks to everyone,

We scaled the exercises to match athlete's ability. Jaime Conrad completed the WOD as prescribed with a time of 20:23.
