Weighted Pull-Ups: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
The entire drill was scaled to the needs of each athlete. Objects ranging from ropes, weighted vests, medicine balls, dumbbells and kettlebells--and any combination in between were used to add weight. Tremendous effort today.
Maintain focus on full range of motion with "active shoulders." Focus and finish.
Pat Collins established an affiliate record today with a pull of 125 pounds. Lisa Quinn and "Diesel" came extremely close to establishing significant personal records--stay focused, guys.
Hang Tough.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
