Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Performed sequentially, 1 pull up, 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, 100m run, 2 pull ups 10 push ups......etc

17 Participants showed up despite the rain and put out a max effort. Ethan was the top dog with a time of 26 minutes.

In other news, we received a shipment of new abmats, weight racks, squat racks, medicine balls, weight vests, rubber bands and moved everything in to our new roomy home across the tennis courts.
