Our group of dedicated athletes is on the verge of affiliation.

Due to the professionalism of and coordination with our friends at CrossFit HQ, our group will soon join the ranks of legitimate CrossFit affiliates.

We've come a long way from the early days. Stout hearts, a willingness to work hard and a genuine interest in our fellow man have enabled our prosperity.

Increased work capacity across a broad range of time and modal domains is our pursuit.

With humility and determination, we'll continue to improve.

Many congratulations are in order for the Conrad family for their latest addition--a baby boy!
