Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Josh and Tanya Wagner hosted me (Rod Montgomery) at CrossFit Apex 28 & 29 Sep 09. They are gracious, down to earth folks just like you see in the videos/radio spots of them on the main site. They don't go any easier on the WOD just because you're a guest at their box, like it should be. Drew Thompson ran their Cert. So they remember him well. It was an awesome time. CrossFit is family where ever you go.
