In the morning session, Dave & Keith had a good race going this morning. Keith had the early lead, but Dave came back strong toward the end.
The lunch session truly got to take advantage of the great weather. Brock was a beast, cranking out 7&1/2 rds. MOTO.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
