Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

Started on thrusters. This workout was deceptively difficult. Only the first round of thrusters was unbroken.

4ds with 12 Thrusters and 100m on the row. Transistion was brutal as I tried to catch wind for the next movement.
