Great job at the track by all athletes. The track is a great asset for us to use...constantly varied. Good job getting all the way down on the push-ups. Remember to keep your head up and out of the way so that it does not prevent you from going all the way down to the bottom of the push-up. Your nose touching b/c your bent over at the neck doesn't count!
Today's workout: In honor of USAF SSgt Travis L. Griffin, 28, who was killed April 3, 2008 in the Rasheed district of Baghdad by an IED strike to his vehicle.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
