I saw a lot of athletes make progress today. The Overhead Squat makes unusually large demands on our mid-line stability, flexibility, and balance. I am proud of the effort everyone put out today.
The 1130 session had the same warm-up and WOD. Congrats to Jose who had a PR. Lots of new faces out today, that is encouraging. Keep it coming.

Started off with too heavy a weight. Being away from CF for a little while made today very difficult. I struggled in the core strength.

Towards the end, I had a lot of trouble getting the bar overhead. If I could get it up there, I could usually keep it stable enough to do my reps, but I wasn't able to keep 155 overhead.

Tough lift for me... First few misses the bar went forward a little. Working with the 150 I lost the active shoulder and it started coming down.
