Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Squats are a weak area for me. Missed you all this AM and had to get out there at lunch...

45 Pushups

Did the WOD at my gym before work today. Kept the squats light to avoid strain to the glute. Felt good - will miss you all for the next couple of weeks as I will be traveling back on the 9th of July.

Did this one by myself at the gym after work. Not a fan of trying to lift heavy stuff without the a.m. crew in support.
