Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

Scaled the run to a 200m Row
completed in the gym - distance between P/U bar and rower impacted turnover.

runs are a killer on the knees, rowing is a better scale for me.
Practicing full range of motion pull ups with the black band has helped me get my chin way over the bar - w/o doubt (no more 2 more, Drew). Using the band has built some strength in areas that had not been used. It is helping to overcome a deficiency.

Got a rower for Father's day. Made up WOD on Sat AM and sub'd rower for run...
1 Pullup short of 6 rounds. It was tough pulling for that long. Rower really impacted the pull ups...
