Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:
750 meter Row
20 x Handstand Push-ups
20 x 115 pound Thruster
20 x L-Pull-ups
-Scaling was accomplished with assisted HSPU, weight reductions, and dead-hang/kipping/jumping pull-ups
-this was a difficult workout.  The scaling worked out well as everyone was in the low to mid 20:00 timeframe.  The Ops management with the staggered start worked OK, but was not ideal; however the benefit of the rower outweighed the problems and I don't think the rest hurt anyone.
-Have a great weekend and remember all those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
