Starting Monday there will be no more 1130 class, 0700 is the only class on the schedule.

WOD:
Complete 10 sets of 10 Pull Ups and 10 Ring Dips for time.
Subs for ring dips were jump to supports on the rings, bar dips and jump to supports on the bars. Subs for pull ups were achieved using bands and jumping pull ups.
19 athletes came out for the great weather and the "fun". Simple couplets like this one are the ones that always sneak up and bite you every time.
Schedule
Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
