Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Front Squats
5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Mid-line strength and stability is the name of the game.   A static trunk and dynamic hip are the vehicle to keep the spine wedded to the pelvis.

Keep the elbows high--keep them "up" in both the descent and ascent of the movement.  

Good to see the crew practicing "drills and skills" at the end of the session.  Fun work.  Hard play.
