Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Our friend Gordo displays a strong back squat--fundamentally sound and anatomically correct.  My limitations as a photographer prohibited photos of Gordo's full range of motion.

Remember:  AT THE MINIMUM:  The squat requires a strong mid-line (spine fused to pelvis)--and natural curvature of the spine, weight loaded on the athlete's heels, requisite depth--crease of the hip below the knee, and knees tracking over toes.
