Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Great way to start the week

Warm up
- loosen up and skill work with the PVC
- Running Drills on the Tennis Court
- 10 Push ups emphasis on form
- 10 Wall Balls
- 25 In and Outs

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Tough movement, one of the most complex olympic lifts. Key was to approach in an aggressive manner with a strong deadlift set up. Group did well with the clean but the jerk needed a little work. The coordination involved in the Dip - Drive - Push/Dip took a little work. It is a tough movement and the group did very well at working at an appropriate level and working to maintain a solid grasp of the lift fundamentals. Good fundamentals result in efficient lifts that eventually equate to powerful work-loads.
