Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Nice jog down to the pier and back
10 air squats

WOD:

800 M run
21 SDLHP
15 Knees to Elbows
12 push-ups

3 rounds for time! Thanks to all for being patient with me! I was a nervous wreck but it wasn't so bad! Maybe I would do it again. I hope everyone got a great workout! Numbers were small, 4 in the 11:15 group and 4 in the 12:15 group! Make sure you post your times!
