TEAM 7
I had the pleasure of teaching Ethan's 7am class today. Our group of 5 athletes conducted a series of plyometric jumps and gymnastics drills. We started slow and steadily increased speed, repetitions and complexity. We finished with box-jumps in teams of 2 athletes--max reps in 1 min, :45, :30 and :15 seconds. A strong, improving and motivated group. Thanks for allowing me to coach.
