1130- Run 5K, the return of the Liversedge Hill was a killer again but we had perfect weather that we can't complain about.
1215- Team relay races of 200m, 300m 400m, 50m. Great job by everyone, you really pushed hard for your teams and it showed.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
