Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CFQ

Simple and basic. Fundamental and easy to execute. We can all refine technique and the execution of basic movements. Virtuosity is our goal--performing common things uncommonly well (not uncommonly perfect).

1130: 15 Air Squats, 15 push-ups 200 m Run. ASMAP in 15 min.
1215: 10 Air Squats, 10 push-ups 200 m Run. ASMAP in 10 min.
