Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CFQ

Warmup: CFWU x 3
WOD: Back Squat 3,3,3,3,3

There is a "bounce" out of the bottom of the back squat provided by the glutes and hamstrings. If you don't get it, you probably didn't go deep enough.

Team 7 will be off grid until next Monday.

1130 and 1215 also completed today's WOD and also finished up with 500m/250m and 250m/250m team relay races on the rowers.

All male athletes need to check their pride at the door when they show up. You will never be measured by how many plates you can put up at CFQ, rather, your competency in performing the techniques properly, regardless of weight, is the key to success.
