Here is some feedback from our friends in Florida...Great Effort Gordo!

"Drew,

Thanks for the inspiration to finally get my rope up in my back yard (finally a use for the damn pine trees). A good friend from the office helped hang it and break it in today. "Vandal" is an Air Force F-16 driver who was one more consult away from shoulder surgery last spring. Skipping the knife, he has worked hard over the past several months strengthening his shoulder girdle through a healthy dose of CrossFit (he drank the Kool-Aid). He is a dedicated athlete.
When I proposed the workout his response was "I've never climbed a rope before, but I will give it a go." We worked on varying "foot grips" for the rope climb to find the one that suits him best, then turned to face Dunham in the mid-day FL heat. The rope is 15' off the deck, and I made the trip twice per round, Vandal once per round (he couldn't complete the 6th trip up, so I did it for him before we took off on the last 900m "shuffle"). We averaged 8 burpees while the other was climbing the rope and Vandal was grateful that I was "so quick up the rope". Fireman's carries were fun since he tips the scales at ~220lb and as you know I am still 155 soaking wet. While me wearing a 20lb vest may have brought that weight difference a little closer, I decided against it. Yes, I am a puss at times. Strong work and perseverance brought us in at 23:32.

Hanging tough down here Bro,
