A tough workout any way you slice it up. Sgt Roy tore it up in 18:26 and Jamie Conrad strapped on the 20lb vest and finished impressively in 26:58.
The 1215 class did a "Lil Angie"
Complete as many rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
5 Push Ups
5 Sit Ups
5 Squats
In 15 minutes.
The goal here was to achieve maximum intensity for the entire time; mission accomplished.

art, whether learning to play the violin, write poetry, or compete in
gymnastics, to quickly move past the fundamentals and on to more elaborate,
more sophisticated movements, skills, or techniques. This compulsion is the
