Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

We made a minor modification to today's WOD (no Glute-Ham Developer).

Therefore, we created a TEAM workout. In Pairs:

40 Jiu-Jitsu/Buddy-Assisted Sit-Ups
40 "Hug-A-Twinkies"--(reverse hyper extensions on a picnic table)

5 Rounds for time.

After-Actions: Should have increased the H-A-T reps, JJ Sit-Ups were adequate. Need to work on full hip-extension and straight leg extension at the top of the JJ Sit-Ups.

Most times ranged from 12-13 min.

Chris W. and S.M. led the way. Strong work.

CFQ, like the CrossFit Community at large, incorporates workouts that contain singularly unique qualities and demands.
