Small but distinguished crowds at the 1130 and 1215 sessions today.  @ 13 people plus coaches at both sessions.
Work to maintain the natural curvature of the spine throughout the movement...don't surrender a bomb-proof posture.
Technique can improve all around.  Attitudes and effort levels were great.  Technique will come with dedicated practice.

Some of you might think that I skipped town with your money and that you'll never see a CFQ t-shirt in your near future. Although I have been absent from our daily sessions, I continue to work with the folks at http://www.oo-rah.com/ to complete our order. I apologize that this has taken longer than expected but I think this saying holds true on that regard. "If you are in too much of a hurry to get it right the first time, then how much time do you have to do it wrong several times?"
I am delighted to inform all of you that the price of the shirts will end up being $7 a piece. That's 50% less than what we originally signed up for (including shipping and handling). That means that all of you will be getting money back from me. Unfortunately, I can't increase your original order to double quantities because that would just delay this process even more. The shirts have been printed and we are just waiting for the final administrative processes to be complete.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
