Big Dave Wallis completed the WOD - Thrusters as Prescribed, subbed rope climb double amoutn of ring dip pull ups in 20 min. Great job.

Warm Up - 2200 Lap, shoulder flexibility and OH squat work with PVC pipe. Objective was to loosen up the legs, shoulders, midsection, and hip flexors.

Rope Pull 1:1, one to one ratio, (A 1 pood KB is tied to a rope and looped over a 20 ft rafter. The pood is lifted from the gound and "bangs" the rafter)
SDHP 3:1 three to one ratio(various weights avail 1, 1.5, 2.o, 2.5 pood)
Single Ring pull ups 3:1 three to one ratio
Thanks to Andrew and Ethan for helping with substitutes...there was no "path of least resistance", each sub was challenging.
Times ranged from 11:42 through 20:00.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
