WOD: Run 5K

Although not particularly exciting, today's wod was important and necessary. Our subscription to a program that specializes in not specializing means we should strive to achieve physical balance. While most of us do not feel like our hearts our jumping out of our throats nor do we see the light at the end of the tunnel during or after a run, it is a challenge to fight through the monotony of "left, right, left" that we are so violently trying to escape.

Thanks to Mark and Hope for accompanying me in our six laps around the figure 8. Hope shined above all today as she ran with the weight vest for approximately 1.6K. We will eventually have to start bringing our reflective belts and stage them inside the box so we can venture outside Hospital Point for our next running day.

Today a group of misfits decided to come out and implement their own wod. They have severely disappointed the CrossFit Gods and we will all probably end up paying for it in the following days.

On a side note, tomorrow we will be voting on t-shirt designs so we can finally get them printed and display them proudly.
